Question: What Type of Caps are used for Unit construction?
Answer: Three types: Adjustable caps, dome caps, and one-size fits all.
Question: Are wig Combs provided? Answer: Wig Combs are attached unless otherwise specified by client for all units EXCEPT the Crochet Curl Unit. The Crochet Curls Unit is ONLY available in one-size fits all.
Question: What is the Unit Construction? Answer: Units are hand sewn with polyester weaving thread, providing the strongest possible security for hand sewn custom units. However, the Crochet Curls Units will be crochet.
Question: Can you dye my unit a different color?
Answer: Yes. Coloring services for custom units are now available. As of present, hair color can remain the same as it were when received for unit construction or can be colored the same color as displayed in the unit picture.
Question: What if the size I select for cap is inaccurate?
Answer: D'nique Beauty make the units based on the size that was requested. Customers are responsible for accurate measurements.Please refer to the following measurement/sizing guide. D'nique Beauty does not offer refunds under no circumstances.
Question: What happens to leftover hair?
Answer: Any hair remaining will be sent with the unit.
Question: Do you provide the hair for Custom Units?
Answer:For customized units, you may purchase hair from dniquebeauty.mayvenn.com and provide the address below to ship the hair for unit construction. If you do not need a unit made and only prefer to order hair, you can provide your preferred shipping address, and the hair will be shipped directly to you.
Question: Who is Mayvenn? Answer: Its simple.. no more beauty supply store! Mayvenn makes is possible for clients like yourself to purchase hair extensions from the comfort of your home!
Question: What type of Hair is accepted for customized units?
Answer: NEW HAIR ONLY. Preferably 100% Human Hair. Hair purchased on dniquebeauty.mayvenn.com is preferred, however, clients have the option of sending new hair to the address provided during the processing stage. Color services will ONLY be done on 100% Human Hair.
D'Nique Beauty will NOT ACCEPT/USE any previously used hair that was sent for construction. If used hair was sent to dniquebeauty, the client/sender will be responsible for any shipping cost involved with returning the hair. If sender/client refuses to pay for shipping to return used hair back to them, the hair will be disposed of accordingly.
Question: Where to send hair?
Answer: Address will be provided during the Processing Stage.
Question: What Information to include in package when sending hair?
Answer: Please include the number of bundles and the length of hair.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND HAIR IF:
1. You did not pay for service.
2. You did not receive consultation Confirmation
3. The hair was previously used.
Question: What shipping method to use when shipping hair to D’Nique Beauty?
Answer: When shipping hair to D’Nique Beauty for unit construction, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. D’Nique beauty does not guarantee the receipt of your shipped item.
Question: What happens when D'Nique Beauty receives the hair I sent for unit construction?
Answer: When hair is received for unit construction. The purchaser/sender will be notified and the items received will be documented. BEFORE CONSTRUCTION OF UNIT BEGINS, PURCHASER/SENDER MUST VERIFY AND APPROVE ALL ITEMS IN THE PACKAGE RECEIVED. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for more details.
Question: What happens after my unit is completed?
Answer: D’Nique Beauty will use a trackable shipping service to ship all orders to customers, and provide customers with the tracking number. D’NIQUE BEAUTY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE/LIABLE IN ANY WAY FOR PACKAGES LOST OR DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING. NO REFUNDS ARE ALLOWED.

Answer: dniquebeauty.mayvenn.com sells 100% virgin human hair and operates separately from this main service site. Therefore hair orders are separate from service orders.

Question: What is the return policy?
Answer: All sales are final. Custom orders will not be returned or revised! They are specially made for you and your head only. D’Nique Beauty recommends taking the time to measure correctly and request the correct cap size. Pictures will be provided of the unit before it is shipped. Changes can be made before the unit is shipped. NO RETURNS ARE ALLOWED.
Question: How can I get a refund?
Answer: Refunds can be granted BEFORE processing has begun.(See table below).

This means after the order form has been submitted a consultation will follow. Refunds will be honored anytime before the end of consultation. At the end of the consultation discussion, the order will be considered “processing”. NO REFUNDS WILL BE HONERED IF AN ORDER IS IN THE PROCESSING STAGE OR AFTER THIS STAGE.
