Return /Refund/ Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We currently do not accept returns/exchanges and we do not offer refunds on any item.

Custom orders cannot be returned or revised! They are specially made for you and your head only. D’Nique Beauty recommends taking the time to measure correctly and request the correct cap size.  NO RETURNS ARE ALLOWED.

 

Shipping Policy

We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages.Tracking numbers will be provided where each customer will be able to track his/her package. Dnique Beauty is not responsible for lost in the mail or any other issue not faulted to us. Please note the time it takes to receive a package will be PROCESSING TIME + SHIPPING TRANSIT TIME.

When shipping hair to D’Nique Beauty for custom unit construction, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. D’Nique Beauty does not guarantee the receipt of your shipped item.
